This was my 1st time coming to Puerto Plata and was highly disappointed. Viva Wyndham you have to do better with this resort. Entertainment 👍 it was ok nothing to write home about. I had to stand on my balcony to get on and off wifi signal. Wifi: 👎👍was ok thru-out the open area but was horrible in my room and restaurants. Nachos was good but cheese was powered cheese that was watered way way to much. Snack Bar: 👎👎👎 burgers had a horrible look and taste. All the liquor was bottom shelf unless you paid enough at the restaurant at the back left of the resort. Drinks: 👎👎👎 WoW they water down everything even the beer the mojitos was just a mint drink with very little bottom shelf liquor.

Bar: 👎 you have to leave the pool area to get ur drinks. Beach: 👍👍👍 Pool: 👍👎 Pool was good but no adult only and no swim up bar.

Mexican: 👍👍 try the pork dinner and try all 3 desserts Italian and Fusion 🤷‍♂️ have no clue couldn't get reservations. What type of resort doesn't have bacon for breakfast. Food: Buffet 👎👎 only good part was the omelet station. All night long noise of cars and motorcycles. Bed and pillows was great unfortunately building 12 was right next to the main outside road. Room: 👎Building 12 my room had strong smell of mold.
